As a member of CoServ Electric, you deserve the best possible service at the lowest possible rates – and that’s what we deliver. Unlike for-profit electric companies, we don’t add on unnecessary charges to provide profits to shareholders. Our rates are based on only two things:
In fact, we return our profits to you, our members, in the form of capital credits. But we know it’s not just low prices that make you happy. We also treat you like the valuable member-owners you are. Whether you talk to a cashier at our headquarters or a lineman in the field, our employees will treat you with kindness and respect. Over the last 2 years, our rates have been consistently lower than the two largest electric providers in Texas. And, we’re lower than Direct Energy, Cirro, Commerce, First Choice and Green Mountain.
We track member satisfaction through quarterly and annual surveys, and we take every comment seriously. One of the surveys we use is the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). Established in 1994, this index provides a uniform, independent measure of consumer experience with 190 of the leading corporations in America. The chart above shows our most recent ACSI scores compared to TXU Energy and Reliant Energy. For the first quarter of 2008, CoServ Electric scored the highest.
