This builder hotline is available 24 hours a day and is monitored from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. When it is necessary to leave a message, calls are returned within 24 hours if there is a question or problem. Builders may contact CoServ through the builder hotline at 940-270-6639 to inquire about:

• Electric meter bases and Gas meters
• Releases and Permits
• Requests for Underground
• Repairs
• Requests for E-tap Removals
• Timelines
• Connects and Disconnects
• Billing
• Memberships

Builders are welcome to leave a voicemail message regarding any questions or needs. If you are a builder leaving information, please be sure to include the following details:

• Company Name
• Contact Name
• Contact Phone Number

Calls will be returned ONLY in the event of a problem or delay. After releases are received, service orders will be created and sent out within one to two business days. Service orders made on releases received after 2:00 p.m. will be processed the following business day.
